A valid credit card is required by Boutique Hotel Reservations to guarantee a reservation. This guarantee may be made confidentially on-line by secure server at the time of the reservation or by sending to Boutique Hotel Reservations the credit card details by fax: +39.06.661.50744. These credit card details will then be sent via fax to the hotel reserved and will remain in possession of both the hotel and Boutique Hotel Reservation until your arrival date.
You will pay your hotel directly at your arrival to the hotel.
Credit cards details held by Boutique Hotel Reservations will be used to debit a penalty equivalent to one night's charge either by Boutique Hotel Reservations or by your reserved hotel if the cancellation is not notified in time or in case of no show.
Cancellation Policy:
Credit cards held by Boutique Hotel Reservations will be charged a penalty equivalent to one night's charge if the cancellation will be notified within 7 days prior to your confirmed arrival date or in the case of a no show. If the cancellation will be notified before the 7 days prior to your confirmed arrival date no fee will be charged.
*In case of earlier departure you will be charged the total import confirmed on your reservation.
